In 2015, founder Rhett Acelar started reproducing vintage maps, photographs and posters from digital scans under the Historic Prints name. In 2020, his focus shifted to digitally restoring select vintage maps under the HISTORIX brand in his hometown of Portland, Oregon. Our catalog has expanded to include vintage photographs which highlight and feature thoughtful imagery from our shared history. We have also begun featuring travel posters that reflect our own love of exploring the globe.
